Negotiation training course

Our 2 day intensive negotiation training course is aimed at those professionals seeking to improve their negotiation skill and maximise their effectiveness in the workplace.

Trained by our seasoned negotiators, delegates will discover the theoretical insights that underpin successful negotiation strategies, whilst also having the opportunity to practice newly-developed negotiation skills in live, interactive individual and multi-party negotiations.

Delegates will also undertake practical real-world exercises, ensuring you gain not only new skills, but also the confidence to negotiate with impact.

Upon successful completion of the course delegates will:

  • Have toolkit of tried and tested techniques they can use in any negotiation, and the confidence to use them effectively
  • Understand and enhance their personal negotiation style, learning how to analyse, plan and manage negotiations successfully
  • Be able to explore strategies to resolve conflict during a negotiation, and strengthen business relationships
  • Have an understanding of the impact of subconscious bias, culture and nonverbal communication in a negotiation
  • Have a certificate of competence from Crowther Mediation
